Payment Options for Your Eye Care

The cost for eye exams for youth 19 and under and adults 65 years of age and older may be covered through OHIP. If you are 20 to 64 years old and have a specific medical condition affecting your eyes that requires regular monitoring, OHIP may cover yearly examinations and any related follow-up appointments.

We do not presently offer direct billing, but we are happy to provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider of choice. We suggest that you review your insurance plan prior to your appointment so you can be aware of what it covers.

Wondering why there is a fee for contact lens assessments and adjustments?

When you’re first being introduced to contact lenses or if you’re looking to change your contact lenses, we believe in taking the time to educate, train, problem-solve, and find the best product for you. Several appointments may be necessary and in a climate of competitive pricing, we decided to separate the cost of the product from the cost for our time and expertise.

We’re located in Suite 216 in the 350 Sparks Street Office. We share an underground parking garage with the Hilton Garden Inn at 361 Queen Street. The parking garage can be accessed via Queen Street. Please see the photos below for our main and back entrances.
